This notice explains how Abdullah Ahmad Architects (“we”, “us”) handles personal data you send us through this website, in line with the Personal Data Protection Order 2025 (PDPO) of Brunei Darussalam.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect only:

• your name;
• an email address or phone number, so we can reply;
• the type of project; and
• your message.

We do not ask for any other personal details through this website.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to appoint us, to discuss your project. We rely on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How it is sent and kept
